Meet Executive Chef Paul E. Hajewski.

Chef Paul holds an Associate’s degree from the Baltimore International Culinary College where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He honed his craft while training under Certified Master Chef Rudolp Speckamp (Rudys’ 2900) and Certified Executive Chef Tom Caswell (Cattail Creek Country Club) before coming to The Inn at Brookeville Farms. Chef Paul is a member of the American Culinary Federation and specializes in Contemporary American Cuisine. His menus are influenced by seasonal and local ingredients and focus on high quality ingredients served simply and imaginatively. He and his kitchen staff take great pride in providing you with an exceptional dining experience.
