Executive Chef Paul E. Hajewski, a graduate of the Baltimore International College, spent 5 years at Rudys, training with one of the few Master Chefs in the United States, Chef Rudolph Speckamp.

Later, as Chef d’Cuisine at Cattail Creek Country Club, Chef Paul began to develop his own style that continues to grow as he builds a steady and loyal following at The Inn at Brookeville Farms.

Chef Paul’s kitchen is a fast paced yet less formal atmosphere then the heavy handed kitchens of yesterday. Fostering a nurturing environment, Chef Paul expects his crew to contribute daily and encourages and welcomes input from all his staff, which include;
